Josh is a licensed real estate professional with 11 years of experience serving clients throughout most of North Carolina. Over the course of his career, he has completed nearly 300 transactions across different property types. His background includes residential and commercial sales, as well as land development and investment properties. This experience has provided him with a comprehensive expertise that allows him to guide you through any type of transaction.

Lee brings close to 30 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, working with a diverse range of clients across various industries. His background as an attorney provides a strong foundation in financial structures, contract expertise, abilities to navigate complex commercial deals. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in a wide array of transaction types, offering practical knowledge of both the legal and financial components of commercial real estate.
RYAN
CASADY
Ryan is an NC–based general contractor, real estate investor, and short-term rental operator. With a hands-on approach, he specializes in renovating and improving investment properties. His approach to real estate comes from the builder’s perspective first—understanding how properties actually perform—then applies that to acquisitions and well-managed investments. He also owns and operates a portfolio of successful Airbnb rentals as well as short-tem rentals.
